   Again this is a love-esque pre-senshi fic.
In fact, it is not unlike Confession, in regards
to the content. Confession though, is different
from this story,it is told first person, through the
eyes of Kaiou Michiru and is a different situation.
I hope you enjoy this story, and to keep with my
promises fanfics featuring all the senshi are forthcoming.

Confession II: Water Claims the Wind.

Calm. I rather like this time of morning, just about
dawn it is. Once again I am alone in this forboding
house, it isn't so much that I mind, truth be known
I prefer it to the alternative. But, it disturbs me how
free and easily my parents take leave of me.. I do
appreciate they trust me, but I get lonesome
wandering this cavernous estate.

Noting the early hour, I slip into my bathroom and
run a bath. Nothing is quite as luxurious than a
leisurely bath, it helps to relax me, and help me think
clearly. Leaning back into the tub I shut my eyes and
sigh. Mentally replaying the past few days.

While I bathed, I took the oppurtunity to give my-
self a fresh manicure, however my mind is on other
things. Namely, Haruka, she is my best friend, truly
she is. Haruka would do anything I'd request, but
I might be asking too much.

In fact, to say that I am in love with her, would be
a gross understatement. When I discovered these
feelings, in no way did I battle them or question
myself. I find both men and women beautiful, as
for love....All my love for Tenou Haruka.

Sometimes I get the impression she feels the
same towards me, you can never assume though,
and I value her too much to make assumptions.
I love to teach her things about the arts, and I
am quite eager to learn all that she tells me about
mechanics and the like.

I blow on my freshly lacquered nails, my mind
wandering. Haruka again occupies my thoughts,
she is statuesque, poised and very confident.
Sometimes her demeanor comes off as harshly
arrongant, at least that is what I am told, I on
the other hand perceive her in a different manner.

The first time I saw her, I was quite taken, it
was at Mugen Gakuen during a track event. I
had stayed to watch the runners in hopes of
finding an interesting subject to sketch. Haruka
stood out among the other athletes.

Haruka was extremely tall, her mere height
catching my eye immeadiately, her flaxen hair
was worn in a short androgenous style. I had
heard mention of her, of course, I was under
the impression that she had be a he. The look
of determination in her green eyes already alerted
me that she would be the victor, Haruka's muscled
legs delivered her fast. She was the very wind
itself.

Squirming down in the water, I broached subjects
like, what to wear, how to style my hair and which
divine perfume to wear. After all, there is nothing
worse than reeking of scent. A few moments later
I came up wih suitable decisions in regards to dress.

Securing my hair into place with a ribbon, I started
to dress. Once the ensemble was complete I stepped
in view of a floor length mirror. The outfit consisted
of a dark floral screened dress, with a contrasting
ribbon in my hair, and a necklace, a demure chain
with a small aquamarine pendant. "Well put together."
I nodded at my reflection in passing.

Fortunatly I did not have to attend school today,
Haruka was my only joy there, other than my
music courses. No friends to speak of really, just
spiteful students calling me names and the like.
"Hurtful." I murmurred to myself as I walked
into our *conservatory* grabbing my violin en
route to the garden.

School, I kept thinking on all the incidents where
people would say disgusting things about Haruka
and myself, and how I was a snob. I can hold my
own though against the scathing words. Once
Haruka came upon a young boy yelling at me,
he had said that I 'was a ritch dyke bitch, who
just needed to get it good from a real man.' I
was in such shock, that I couldn't speak. Haruka
said nothing, in anger she threw the boy against
the wall and rendered him bloody.

That has happened on more than one occasion, no
words ever passed her lips on the wherefore and why.
Sighing I sat on the bench outside and started up
a soothing Vivaldi piece. Rapture. The music ensconsed
me in pure bliss, nothing could harm me whilst I play.
The wind breezed past my face pushing through my
hair. The wind, it reminded me of Haruka, I stopped
playing a moment and spoke into the sky. "Does
she protect me out of love or friendship."

Looking at the bow I contemplated finishing
the piece. I heard some snapping of twigs in the
grass and a deep voice calling to me. "Please,
.....continue." I would know that voice anywhere.
I looked up, and Haruka grinned at me. "I saw
that your car was still here......Soo....I knocked
at the door. No answer, then I heard music
and figured the lovey Miss Kaiou was in
the garden." She flashed a sheepish smile.
"Am I disturbing you?"

"No, no." I said softly, resting my violin and
bow on the bench. " I am glad that you came,
please, sit down." I patted beside me on the
bench and tossed my hair over my shoulder.
Haruka sat close next to me and stretched out
her long legs. "You don't mind I came so early?
I just kinda wanted to get out this morning....
I figured I'd see what you were up to."

"Really, I hadn't actually planned anything,
do you have something in mind?" I asked
tilting my head to the side. "Hmm, well,
I know I have to be at the garage for a bit
this after, but.." She shrugged and splayed
her fingersover her knees. "When that's
done....I dunno...Would you be at all
interested to come with me?" Haruka
added quickly squinting her eyes.

Butterflies gathered in my stomach, not
even when perfoming at gatherings did I
feel like this. A smile reached my lips. "I'd
like that." Haruka stood up quickly the bow
slipping to the grass, I bent down and picked
it up and clutched it to me. My ribbon came
loose and blew in the wind. Haruka chased
after it for me. I stood and giggled at her,
it was quite amusing to see her running after
a silk ribbon.

"I've got it!" she called. Still clutching
my bow I reached for the ribbon she retrieved.
"S'okay, let me." I felt the back of my neck
prickle as Haruka gathered my hair into a
bunch exposing my shoulders. I shut my
eyes and expelled a sigh, once I realized
I had, I blushed furiously. Standing quite
happily, I wondered what was taking her so
long.....Haruka was braiding my hair, with the
ribbon. "There, that's pretty." She rested
her hands on my shoulders then quickly
drew back.

"Arigatou." I was impressed at this, I was
about to inquire where she had learned this
when she shrugged. "When I was little my
dad used to used to weave mine like that." Haruka
shoved her hands into her pockets. "Shall
we go then?" I told her yes, and we went
into the house so that I could put away my
violin and get a jacket.

"God, I love this piano." Haruka said, once
in the conservatory, running her fingers over
the moulding. "You play marvellously, Haruka,
really.....I would love to hear you play." She looked
down at her watch and scorned a little. "Hmm, a little
wouldn't hurt,ne?" Sitting down on the bench she
flexed her fingers. I stood next to the bench smiling
down at her, Haruka looked up at me and arched a
brow. "Sit down-baka!" she chuckled, smoothing
down my skirt I sat on the smooth bench along-
side her.

To watch her play is an amazing site, so effortlessly
her fingers did glide over the keys, her brow furrowed
in concentration. I felt quite peaceful next to her, I
felt complete, and desperately lonely. I so want for her
to love me, for her to kiss me......oh have I dreamed of
her kiss. Blushing I looked down at the foot pedals
trying to clear my mind. Haruka played several pieces,
technical and moving they were, an acheing for her
lurched my heart. My eyes felt liquid, oh how I wish
my hair were down...My hair was my favourite sheild.

I felt Haruka's hand on my back. "Michiru?" Regain
composure Michiru. Stop. Haruka tugged my braid
loose. "Michiru, are you alright?" I shook out my hair
and turned to her, I gave her a measured smile. "Hai?
Gomen, I was daydreaming." "Oh?" She cocked her
head to the side. "And what is it the beautiful
Michiru dreams about,eh?"

"Ara, I don't know...." I blushed. Haruka straddled
the bench to face me, smiling she teased me. "Oh,
could it be my music moves you sooo much...." Silly.
Haruka leaned down, her eyes level with mine. "Could
it be?" She echoed in her deep voice. "Hai." I said
quite simply and left it at that. Haruka tilted my head
up and slightly to the side. Her eyes regarded me
searching, mine were locked with hers. Haruka kiss
me. I could feel her warm breath on my face, my
lip trembled lightly.

A minute passed, she blinked at me, we were so close
I could just barely feel her eyelashes. Haruka then leaned
closer, her lips just brushing mine at first, testing if I'd
pull away. Time stopped for me, when I didn't pull away
Haruka kissed me, it was all I'd imagined and more. Warm,
sweet and tender. I felt a blush rise through my chest and
cheeks. Haruka pulled back and looked at me, through glassy
eyes.

"Gomen Nasai,Michiru." She put a finger up to her lips
and ran it over them. Suddenly she stood up and looked
towards the exit. "I...I really, should leave....I..I." She
shook her head and started off towards the exit. Tears
welled up inside me, I ran following her, when she reached
the door, Haruka turned to face me. "Mich-" I stood up
on my toes and reached around her neck, kissing her with
passion I hadn't known. After a moment, she relaxed into
the kiss and didn't resist. Haruka's arms encircled around
my waist, when I drew back I saw that a blush had stained
her cheeks.

"Don't leave me." She was about to speak. "Please."
I pleaded with her softly. "Don't go to the garage today."
My voice was wavering and barely audible. Haruka nodded
and drew me against her, lying her head on top of mine.

Today I told her my feelings. All my love for Tenou
Haruka. She did not leave me that night. Now I was
truly complete, my loneliness gone. We were now
lovers and friends.
